Our shipping costs depend on the delivery address and the weight of the shipment. You can find an overview of the delivery options and shipping costs here.
Shipments within Germany are usually delivered within 3-6 working days. But sometimes it can be faster.
International shipments take longer. Within the EU, they usually take 4-14 working days. Outside the EU, shipments can take up to 48 days to arrive.
There may be delays due to customs clearance.
If you have not received your shipment within the delivery times, please write us a message.
Collection is not possible for technical reasons. Express delivery is currently not offered.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from us or our shipping partner. If your shipment does not move for a long time or cannot be found despite delivery notification, please write to us.
After we have received your order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt. Orders are usually handed over to the shipping service provider within 48 hours. As soon as we have finished packing your shipment, you will receive a tracking number and an invoice.
If you have selected bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive information and bank details from us. We can only send the shipment once we have received the payment in full. In some cases this can take 2-3 working days.
You will of course receive an invoice with VAT shown.
